You may also dedicate your donation in tribute to someone and we will send a tribute card out to notify loved ones. Just fill out out the additional info on the printable donation form and send the form with your check. We will send a personal acknowledgment to individuals whom you designate, notifying them of your thoughtful gesture. The amount of your gift will not be disclosed.
