Nestled in a warm and welcoming neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia stands Capital Caring’s storied inpatient hospice care facility, the Roy and Margaret Halquist Memorial Inpatient Center.

At the heart of Capital Caring’s mission is to “simply improve care” for those who need it most. For nearly 40 years, the Halquist Memorial Inpatient Center has delivered world-class care in a home-like setting. It’s really the best of both worlds–the renowned expertise and compassion of board-certified hospice and palliative care physicians, nurses, and other caregivers all delivered with outstanding personal attention in a home-like setting.

The peaceful and immaculate gardens, the warm and inviting living room, and other amenities make the Halquist Memorial Inpatient Center family-focused. But what makes Halquist most unique is our extraordinary staff and volunteers.
